Interpretation and Translation Services for Marriage Immigrants

Free interpretation and translation services are provided to marriage immigrants and multicultural families to help prevent any inconveniences in communication caused by language barriers in their daily lives.
Who is eligible?
  • Target
    • We support multicultural families and individuals (or organizations) that directly or indirectly support multicultural families.
What benefits are offered?
  • Benefits
    • We provide interpretation & translation services in the native languages of the marriage migrants to support their communication required for family and social life.
    • We provide counseling for early days after arrival to the country, interpretation & translation services, communication in the family, and counseling on living.
    • We provide interpretation & translation services for using administrative agencies, law enforcement agencies, and other public agencies and emergency help in emergency situations.
How can I apply?
  • Application
    • Visit a Multicultural Family Support Center in person to apply, or apply by phone or mail.
  • Procedures
    • Applications are reviewed and approved through the following process:
    • 1 Initial Consultation and
      Service Application

      Consult with a Multicultural Family Support Center and apply for the service.

    • 2 Fact Check
      and Review

      The Multicultural Family Support Center checks the facts and performs a review.

    • 3 Service Approval

      The Multicultural Family Support Center determines whether to provide the service.

    • 4 Service Provision

      The Multicultural Family Support Center provides interpretation and/or translation services.
